Shreevedic.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.
In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation of
Payment. Please note orders made after 1:00 PM will be entered the next day. Weekend
orders will be processed on Monday.
Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process
the order. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may
ask you to verify that you’re the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information
are legitimate. If your order requires verification you will receive an e-mail within
one business day to advise you about the situation.Some orders might be subject to the interbank delay of up to 3 days for your deposited
funds to reflect before the items can enter the shipping process. |

LIMITATIONS FOR EMAIL, WEB OR ELECTRONIC DELIVERY |
Electronic delivery reports, products, and services require a “human being”
to either issue a code, password, or email links, and therefore delivery is limited
to “business hours” when a “human” can get the product or service to you. Some time
reports get delayed due to extra work burden on the concern Astrologer, Numerologist
or other consultant. We will make best efforts at all
other time. |

Stock Availability |

We find that the product is not available we will contact you immediately.
If we find that the item cannot be shipped within 5 working days, we will contact
you with alternative options including the possibility of a full refund. |

Shipping Charges |

Shipping charges with in India are included in our pricing.If you have
not made yourself available to accept delivery of the goods, we reserve the right
to charge you for additional attempts to deliver the purchased goods |

Shipping Rules |
A signature is required for all shipments upon receipt, Packages cannot
be rerouted. Someone must at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
If you paid for your Order using a Credit Card the Card Holder will have to sign
and present their ID book to take delivery. This ID must be the same as the one
we have on record for the Credit Card Holder.
A shipping POD with a signature is conclusive proof that the
delivery was made |

International orders |
We do not send course material hard copy outside India. PDF file of course
material will be provided to the students of other Countries. Shipping of course
material outside India will be provided only on the specific request made by student
and in this
case shipping charge will be bear by the student separately. |

We deliver all consultation reports to all Countries via email or electronic links. |
