KAPHA TYPE
Reasons for Kapha aggravation
1. Eating a lot of food that is kapha in nature (heavy, oily, sweet, dense) such as foods high in sugar and fat content including meat, dairy products, banana, mangoes, rice, breads, consuming a lot of liquids.
2. Eating while feeling grief or sadness, or being greedy.
3. Engaging in activities that increase kapha include overeating, sleeping excessively (especially during the day).
4. The natural conditions that aggravate kapha are cold and damp climates, early morning (after sunrise) and evening (after sunset) and childhood.
Remedies to balance kapha
1. To balance excess kapha, foods and drinks opposite in nature are consumed. So foods that are vata or pitta in nature (light, dry, spicy, acidic, hot) should be eaten.
2. Avoiding activities that stimulate kapha is beneficial.

Slesaka Joints Lubrication of the Joints, function of the joints Pain in the joints, abnormality in the function of the joints Oil massage, yoga postures, garlic, aloe vera, fasting.
