control over mind and were able to perform imaging feats through
mind control. Key of mind control lies in deep concentration
and meditations.
If we want
to harness the true potential of the energy of
our mind, we have to practise meditation.

in which one’s attention is no longer engaged
in cheering onward the parade that life marches

a super-conscious experience.
Mudras
Mudras
are yoga movements involving only the arms and
hands, they are extremely easy to do, but no powerful
that they can transform one’s life. They
liberate the energy locked within your body-in
energy channels called NADIS and energy centres
called ‘Chakras’. They can be practised
for half-an- hour everyday.
The ‘Gyan Mudra’ is very effective
for the mental fitness. ‘Gentle touch the
thumb with the index finger. This will help in
improving the power of the mind. There are many
more mudras when practised properly enhance the
memory.
Pranayam
Human brain
is just 2 percent of the total body weight, it
uses up to about 20 percent of oxygen used by
the entire body. When it is at rest. The brain
cannot go without oxygen for more than 3-5 minutes
by practising ‘Pranayam’ inflow of
the oxygen to the brain increases manifold which
results in sharpen memory. Ancient seers used
to practice pranayam thrice a day.
